you mix up media-package IDs and workflow IDs here. The workflow ID must
be a number. If you click on "view info" for example, you will see the
workflow ID in the URL.

But I still have the same problem. I use the folder name, in this
case: Unscheduled-captureagent-1347785909948, and if I try to use the
REST service for workflow, read method, GET /instance/{id}.xml
I paste the folder name I I get a 404 error (but the folder is there).
So I can not find a way to use REST services for workflow without
getting errors.

You should use the recordings folder name as the ID.
And the easy way to get it for the REST command is to: place the
mouse on the folder, then use Rename, CTRL C and then CTRL V on
the REST command field.
