You do this in the post-processing on the matterhorn server. You would
create a new workflow and encoding profiles. You'll find an example here
[1].
If you must do this while recording already you can try to change the
codec settings in the config:
|capture.device.SCREEN.codec=ffenc_mpeg2video|
Check the gstreamer documentation for possible encoders.
More information about possible configuration setting for the capture
agent you'll find here [2] in section 2.

hello all,
am trying to install the capture agent for matterhorn. I have an
ubuntu 10.10 server. My questions are:
Which flavour should i choose during installation. if i want to record
the output from the vga of the server and the sound of someone giving
a presentaitionn using the servers microphone. ( am a bit confused
about the difference btw presenter/audio and presentation/audio) which
option will be appropriate.
Also, I will like the recording to be done in mp4 for the video and
mp3 for the audio, during set-up how do i achieve this.
