Can we see the org.opencastproject.capture.impl.ConfigurationManager.properties file? It should be in $FELIX_HOME/conf/services or $FELIX_HOME/etc/services. This type of enquiry should also go on matterhorn-users (on cc) rather than community, since most of the user community (who could also answer this question) hang out there.
