Hi Todd,
I looked at your log file and it seems you are missing an encoding profile 
"epiphan.presenter" on your worker machine since in theory it's the one that 
should be trying to access that encoding profile.
Can you check in your worker host if under your $MATTERHORN_HOME/encoding you 
have the file "epiphan-split.properties"? This is the encoding properties file 
that contains the profile that your server is complaining about i.e. 
epiphan.presenter.
