Hi Stephen,
you tried to read an RTSP stream, RTP consumer reads only RTP video
streams. There are currently no support for the RTSP payloaded streams!
What Matterhorn version are you using? Newer release can consume RTCP
streams. Most IP cams can produce thes too. Took a look to
