There is a problem I have found when testing the Series.
When login as admin2 (also as adminx or instructorx) and when for Upload
Recording the option Archive is selected, the workflow 'Encode, Analyze and
Distribute' is failing at the Archive stage with the error message:
ERROR (EpisodeServiceImpl:364) - mh_default_org:admin2 can not take action
'write'
ERROR (WorkflowOperationWorker:161) - Workflow operation 'archive' failed

But, without the Archive option, the workflow is completed properly.
The same workflow is also completed correctly with the Archive option when
login as admin.
The admin2 (and adminx or instructorx) has the Privileges set to administer own
series.
