Dear Mohamed *et al.*

During the last month, we've been working to include streaming capabilities
in Galicaster. Even though the unit keeps recording the different streams
separately, our first approach to live streaming was creating a composition
(layout configurable) and use the RTMP protocol to send it over the
Internet. Our developments are focused on using streaming servers like
Wowza or Flash Media Server, but you can probably use the uStream service
instead.

We are currently passing our first "acid test" in an important annual
conference held by the Industrial Engineering School at the University of
Vigo. You can take a look at the live streaming (obtained directly from
Galicaster through a Flash Media Server) in the following link:
http://tv.uvigo.es/gl/directo/1.html. For your interest, the conference
session will be taking place on Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Thursday 15th
and Friday 16th between 9:00AM and 9:00PM CET approximately (exact times
vary depending on the day).

Best regards,

Rubén Pérez
