Stephen, 
I haven't used their USB cams but I have had good luck with their other 
hardware (e.g. CCU's, Domeview products, etc) and have found them to be a 
reliable and responsive company. I specified their hardware extensively in the 
LKSC facility at Stanford. (http://lksc.stanford.edu)  As I am sure you are 
aware, most of these HD cams are single-chip which impacts the picture quality 
but should be good enough for lecture capture purposes.
