I see what your problem is. As you are using a newer gstreamer version, there is no element "v4lsrc". The support for "v4l" was dropped in the latest gstreamer versions, in favor of "v4l*2*src".
I don't see an easy solution for you: the fix involves changing the code and I'm not sure it will work by simply changing "v4lsrc" with "v4l2src". Maybe Adam Mckenzie, who has made most of the work in the current Capture Agent, has a better idea.
