This should work as expected if you define two inputs, one for each
VGA2USB.  We've done this in one of our rooms here at USask (2 VGA, 1
NTSC, 1 Audio), and everything worked fine.  The one caveat we found was
that the Kangaroo patch, which reconnects the inputs if the input stream
drops out, was not compatible with this configuration.  This patch was
removed as part of Matterhorn 1.4 however, so as long as you are using
that version or newer it should work.
