Hello,

We're having a pretty drastic case of latency and I'm trying to figure out
if there is anything I can do. I tried searching around but couldn't find
anything on this so sorry if I missed a previous post.

I have BigBlueButton0.8 and Matterhorn1.3 on separate servers and they are
working great as far as the media gets zipped, sent to Matterhorn and
processed, and set up in the Media gallery. The only problem is when
viewing the videos in the Matterhorn Media Gallery, the audio and video
appear to be so far off that I can't tell how much. Could be over 30
seconds. I'm still trying to figure it out.

Is there a latency setting to adjust it or would the only reason be the
server?

The server that was chosen for this currently has 2GB. We could raise that,
but I thought there might be something else I could do as well.

Thanks for any suggestions.

BTW: I wanted to say thank you for the suggestions in my other post but it
seems I can't reply to anything.

That helped and now we're downloading the videos. When I have time I'll
look at more exporting suggestion.

After enabling Download in the Media Gallery, I was also wondering if there
is a way to turn on a higher resolution in the Download Media Files window
that pops up when clicking "Download." The Low Resolution download is quite
pixelated.

We're very close to having this all ready though. Thanks again.
