Hello Fernando,

I don't have any simple suggestions. Here are some thoughts. Others on the list
might have more insight.

We have had some success passing processed recordings from one MH server to
another, but it is a pre-planned event with custom workflows on both systems.
One MH server ingests raw media, processes it, and zips a selective sub-set of
the processed material and metadata. The zip is sent to an inbox of a second MH
server. The second MH server ingests the package and uses a short not continues
additional media processing if needed, and distributes to its concerns and
archives its copy also.

For pre-existing episodes, it may be tricky to get the metadata and media
resources packaged in a way that the second MH server can ingest without too
much confusion.

A colleague here suggests constructing a tool that can bridge the gap by
packaging up what it can of the existing episodes into zip files that the
second server is capable of ingesting. If it is too complex to package up
processed material for the second server, just package raw media and some basic
metadata that mimics what would be received from a regular capture agent. The
second server could reprocess the raw material with the regular workflow as
usual. But, if the second server is able to take in the pre-processed material,
it would not need the regular full workflow, it might only need publish,
distribute, archive steps.

Best of luck with this. Let us know how it goes.
