On my Windows 7 (x64) this test is also OK, but it fails on other tests. See my
appended build log "mci.log", done with mvn clean install. Because I compile
with "maven.test.failure.ignore" and "maven.test.error.ignore", search for the
string "<<<". The first three errors are from tests in matterhorn-conductor,
where an external utility "touch" is called within tests and it returns with
error (the file paths for touch are composed in a wrong way - they remain there
after the compilation). The last error is from mattehorn-capture-agent-impl
(java.lang.AssertionError from CaptureAgentImpltest.testCaptureAgentImpl).
