Just to throw something into the mix: In addition to defining youtube account settings by role, they could be defined per series or per workflow, too. Even combinations of those are possible (e. g. the workflow settings would overwrite series settings or vice versa), so we need to be sure we know the requirements around sources of authority and their priorities prior to moving forward. When these settings are stored with a series, they could be automatically applied on distribution. When looking at a single recording, though we either need something that is able to list known accounts (that list would probably need to be limited based on roles), so the admin can choose one on schedule/ingest. Or we need to have him/her enter the credentials, which is probably a bad idea, since it means sharing the credentials with the group of admins.
