I haven't had an opportunity to test MH in windows, since I've been addressing
a lot of problems with ubuntu and the 3rd party tools.
Will take a look next Monday, and I'll see. I understand the patch proposed is
just a workaround, isn't it? A real fix should address the opened stream...
