Markus, thanks for the info. For now (for this ticket), let's just get the
titles consistent, the styles the same, and the close boxes removed. If you
feel that it is very easy to add the cancel button to the dialog (and you've
completed other Criticals), go ahead and do MH-6870. (It should cancel the
upload and leave them where they were before clicking Upload; if they really
decide not to do an Upload, then they'll click the Cancel button at the bottom
of the form. This also handles the use case of someone realizing they picked
the wrong file when they browsed.)
