not sure whether I should enter another ticket about the following issues. UC
Berkeley's distributed deployment's worker server seems to be down but it is
running felix as indicated by top and ps. see attachment. I can't access it's
welcome page, and admin can't dispatch jobs to it. The server was functional
earlier. This seems to repeatedly happen.
