To clarify this further, the plan is actually to get rid of "View Info" as an
action, and to replace it with a netflix-style popup on hover that shows the
admin the basic settings for the recording (i.e. the dc metadata and any other
settings the admin selected, i.e. capture settings or uploaded file).
