It appears that launchd does not like to use start_matterhorn.sh and will not
run with Matterhorn's initd scripts. I the interim, we're running Matterhorn
using matterhorn's initd script sans launchd and so far (1day) things have
stabilized. Sergio will look into the problems with our init script and
launchd on Tuesday.
