I am able to reproduce this every time I upload a new media package. If I
restart all of the servers, this issue sometimes goes away but reappears. I
can use the rest endpoints from the worker server directly. Sometimes the
system allows full round trips via scheduled captures or manual ingest, and
sometimes the servers stop communicating with one another.I checked the
security.xml and all of the servers are using the ootb user/pass. (see
attached file for admin. the worker logs show no activity during this time).
This issue primarily has happened upon inspection, but I had seen something
similar once before with the distribution operation. I have not been able to
reproduce that problem though and can't find the associated logs. All of the
services seem properly registered according to the SERVICE_REGISTRATION table.
