it seems to always defer to 03 as the ingest point. the CA is using 01 as its
service registry host. how does the service registry determine which service
to provide? I noticed that ingest isn't listed as a service under the stats
tab. Is this intentional? I disabled the ingest services (IngestServiceImpl,
IngestRestService) for 03 via the system consoile so that I can use 01 for
further testing. The service registry is still providing 03, though. Is this
the expected behavior?
