The list of roles is available at http://localhost:8080/roles/list.json
The rest endpoint for storing ACLs is yet to be implemented, but should be
ready shortly, see MH-7116.
The UI should allow administrative users to assign 0..n roles with read and/or
write permissions for the mediapackages associated with the series.
