Btw the file format check was disabled ages ago. The message about supported
formats should be removed. The problem most probably is that the javascript in
the <iframe> (that holds the file chooser) fails to inform the UploadListener
js of the parent page about the fact that a file was selected.
Could not reproduce yet.
