The CA will capture from *default* inputs which, depending on the configurer,
is *all* inputs, if it gets a schedule with no inputs selected. If this needs
to be different in the UI to prevent mistakes I don't think it effects the
actual agent.
I'm bumping to judy, judy if it needs to be brought into the UI we should
assign it to someone like micah...
