taking a quick look at the workflow attached to the ticket reveals one part of
the problem: If you choose a target flavor of "presenter/work" in the
prepare-av operation without further processing, the engage player will be
unable to find a track that is suitable, as it is looking for
"presenter/delivery". This means that you need to change the prepare-av
operation to look like this:

The third thing to figure out is why an MP4 that contains a slide presentation
(the example I used) gets assigned a MimeType of "audio/mp4". I will need to
investigate this one, too, seems to be a problem with MediaInfo.
