In the previous version of the documentation engine, it did not allow GET
endpoints to have any required rest parameters. I just reproduced the same
requirement in the new engine.
In line 191 in RestEndpointData.java (in org.opencastproject.runtimeinfo.rest),
it checks to make sure that whether there is a required parameter, the endpoint
does not use GET method.
So the question comes into whether a GET endpoint can have required parameters,
which I do not know the answer.
