WorkflowServiceSolrIndex isn't in the stack trace. The reason workflow is
mentioned in the stack is because this is an all-in-one installation, so the
call to the search service originated from a thread started by workflow.
The problem is with Schema.getOcKeywords(SolrInputDocument doc). If
doc.get(OC_KEYWORDS) returns null, this throws a NPE.
