This is a known limitation. The ACLs on series apply to all future recordings
associated with that series. Any recordings that have already been processed
will not get the updated ACLs. A simple solution might be to create a workflow
to re-apply ACLs and re-publish the mediapackage, but that just hasn't been
done yet.
For 1.3, I'd like to add an eventing mechanism so multiple services can react
to actions such as this without coupling everything together.
