YoutubeDistributionService had been discontinued and the work on that started
again a couple months ago. I don't know if your version of the code was the
"old", unfinished, discontinued one or the new, unfinished code. You should not
expect any working service at this point, afaik, even though somebody like
@k.amundson can give you more accurate information, since he currently is, as
far as I know, the developer in charge of this service.
I hope he sees your email in the list and answers, anyway, but in case he
doesn't, you can always contact him directly.
