I updated the security configurations for the lti servlet and sample tool in
r10815. After following the instructions
(http://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MH/SSL+Configuration) to run Matterhorn
under SSL, the integration tests are passing.
The IMS BasicLTI PHP Consumer
(http://www.imsglobal.org/developers/BLTI/lms.php) is also successfully
creating a session (see attached screenshots).
