Hi everyone, I'm pleased to announce the latest version of the 1.2.x branch, release candidate 7, is now available for testing. You can check out the code base at: https://opencast.jira.com/svn/MH/tags/1.2-rc7/
Or check out the branch of 1.2.x to revision 10823. There are no known release blockers at this time. Please test this release as thoroughly as possible, you can find a 1.2 all in one QA server (as of roughly 4:00 PM GMT on Thursday August 5th) at http://128.233.104.32:8080 . I am aiming for this to be the final release candidate. If no release blockers are filed by Monday August 8th, I will be proposing this for general release. Please keep this aggressive deadline in mind, and categorize any bugs you find accordingly. If you know you don't have time to fix a bug please send mail to the list. Remember that timely robust releases are at the core of what adopters are looking for.
