Highly unlikely. Did you by any chance delete the directories that Matterhorn
uses to store its data? Or did you wipe the database? The part that keeps
track of the agents has nothing to do with the published recordings. There is
no time limit functionality either.
Chances are you'll get more of a response on the mailing lists as well.
Opening tickets is fine, but there are a lot more people who can respond on
list.
