Need the capability to specify cover art in feed. This currently does not
work. Also need to be able to specify image by passing in parameter via url.
So for example, if you pass in a specific series name as parameter for a custom
feed you should be able to leverage that info to call an image of the same
name. Currently the image name is hard coded in the feed.
