Found your problem!
If you keep org.opencastproject.streaming.url on localhost you can use it only
from the same machine. Change it to the IP or URL of the machine you are
running the red5 on you can use it from any machine.
This change will have no effect on already processed media. So if you change it
only new videos will be delivered with the correct URL.
