Hi Michelle, the tracking submission code currently can't handle redirects, which is why you don't get any hits on the new webform. Since 1.2 has been released already, there is no point in updating the code. I updated the configuration files, so new releases will use the new code.
I propose to send an e-mail to list (matterhorn-users) to ask people to update their config.properties accordingly. On the Berkeley side of things, you could have your system administrators set up a proxy that forwards the requests to the old tracking urls to the new one instead of sending a redirect.
