Hi folks, I setup a distributed test cluster yesterday, but did not install any workers. I then proceeded to ingest three lectures, assuming that they would be waiting in a queue for a worker to come up. Unfortunately this morning I found that they had all failed with similar errors:

Should it be adding the recordings to a queue and then waiting? Or is this the expected behaviour? Thanks, G
