Sergio added the metadata to his dev env to test, and apparently it shows up in
the dubincore/episode catalog but it disappears once it hits the encoding
operations. Any thoughts on why it doesn't stick around? On a separate
note, what does the ingest expect when posting the additional metadata field?
It doesn't seem to be added to the dublincore as a distinct namespace.
