University of Cape Town's msub account is now available.

As with all msub accounts, the repo is read only by everyone, but commit
rights are currently limited to you. You can expand these rights to
other matterhorn jira accounts upon request to
[email protected]. All commits to Matterhorn repos require that
you include a jira task # (MH-8125) in the comment. You should use this
ticket as the general place to commit your changes. That way a release
manager can easily track all of your commits in case your code needs to
be merged into Matterhorn's trunk.
