Hi, > Do we have a process to add something? Would it be usefull to have
Yes, if you see a FAQ and have a question, and you can edit the page, then add it. If you can't edit the page and want to, then just ask on list to be able to. > On the other hand I don't know the use of this FAQ. Is it linked from > our Homepage? Do the people use it? Is it linked when you answer such No, its part of the release docs. And I think it works as part of the release docs (anecdotally lots of the questions answered on there are no longer being asked, I think it's nice and prominent). And, I wouldn't try and backport changes to this or other pages in the release docs part of the wiki. It should be considered more like our "trunk" of documentation; people might add things to it for 1.3 that are not relevant or compatible for 1.2. If you really want your change made for both future docs and for a previous release just apply it in both places, Chris -- Christopher Brooks, BSc, MSc ARIES Laboratory, University of Saskatchewan Web: http://www.cs.usask.ca/~cab938 Phone: 1.306.966.1442 Mail: Advanced Research in Intelligent Educational Systems Laboratory Department of Computer Science University of Saskatchewan 176 Thorvaldson Building 110 Science Place Saskatoon, SK S7N 5C9 _______________________________________________ Matterhorn mailing list [email protected] http://lists.opencastproject.org/mailman/listinfo/matterhorn To unsubscribe please email [email protected] _______________________________________________
