I've fixed the form parameter problem. I agree that there are some design
points that need to be addressed in this area, the idea originally was that
while scheduling you could ingest any number of catalogs that would be
associated with a recording. To that end, the MultivaluedMap allows us to
handle multi-part posts in JAXB without having to parse the actual HTTP
request. That is the reason for pulling each catalog out "by hand". However, we
stopped work on additional catalog upgrades needed to fully support this in the
ingest service, so this is somewhat of an incomplete implementation. The
start/end times are parsed from the DublinCore document, however, the event
catalog is required when scheduling multiple recordings. This is somewhat of a
hack, since we wanted to extend the DublinCore implementation to include
matterhorn specific values but this has yet to be done.
Anyway, I think this should now pass integration tests.
