Sergio and I discussed UI for getting these tags.
Mockup for UI that should work was actually done back in June:
http://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MH/Add+Series+-+Mult+Dist+-+UCB+Branch
(changes that need to be made: missing second level of iTunes U categories;
language should be enabled)
We also talked about relabeling a couple: "Organizer or Instructor", "Sponsor
or Department" which would make more sense to UCB users.
Note that Sergio said he'd be able to calculate "sem" based on date.
