Tags that need to be automatically sent to YouTube for all recordings have been
added to the top table ("Specification (item)"), at end of row for keywords at

I have made the assumption (based on what we are sending now) that Ben wants
the same set sent as he requested for playlists; have sent email to Ben asking
him to let me know if this was a bad assumption. (Sergio says there are none
at the recording level that are needed by webcast.berkeley)
