The idea came up when Pavel start askin a lot of questions a newbie would ask
and we assert, that we have the answers a) not in the wiki bur in our heads or
b) somwhere deep inside the wiki. So it will be more related to developer but
in the long run we ca offer both. But from my point of view, an Adopters
Welcome Guide should be part of the Release Docs
