Hi Jack,

starting with 1.2, you can have multiple tenants use one and the same 
installation of Matterhorn. A tenant is identified using the hostname/ip 
address by which it accesses the Matterhorn instance, which means that every 
possible ip or host name that will send requests to your instance should be 
covered by a tenant configuration, which is done as follows:

For every organization, identified by an ip/host name:

1. Put an organization definition into <matterhorn-root>/load with the 
following naming scheme:
    org.opencastproject.organization-<tenant id>.cfg

2. Put a security configuration into <matterhorn-root>/conf/security with the 
following naming scheme:
    <tenant id>.xml

3. Make sure the .cfg file contains the correct server name/ip and port
