So, new issue related to your change: The OAIPMH module is no longer included
in the default full build, which causes all of the related integration tests to
fail :)
I'm not rolling back rev 11076 because this *only* affects the integration
tests as far as I can tell, but I am putting a notice on list just in case
people are wondering what's going on.
