Looks like there may be more 1.3 issues, i.e. those for which a fix version
wasn't entered. I just entered the fix version for a handful of usability bugs,
but here's a list of remaining bugs (>Minor) with an Affects version of 1.3 and
no fix version:

MH-8293 Capture Agent still uses Felix 2
MH-8292 SchedulerServiceSolrIndex includes overly verbose loging
MH-8288 Mimetype not detected for mpg files
MH-8283 Digest authentication fails with 403 (authorization denied)
MH-8282 Thirdpart tools installation will install ffmpeg 0.6 on a Mac, leading
to failure during encoding
MH-8273 Processing fails on media package with "Nonce has expired/timed out"
for Workflow operation "distribute-download" randomly
MH-8267 Mediapackage ID of "0"
MH-8263 LDAP checks for default Matterhorn accounts
MH-8253 The ingest service does not allow to ingest to a preprocessing workflow
using the transactional api
MH-8225 PostgreSQL data tables incorrect
MH-8219 Thumbnails and Preview images
MH-8183 Scheduling UI No Longer Uses Agent Defaults Correctly

Greg/Rudiger, perhaps you want to review these and see if they should also be
fix 1.3?
