TrustedHttpClientImpl uses DefaultHttpClient to make its connections. This is
the cause of the grief of trying to test the class properly. I am going to make
a DefaultHttpClientFactory that will create the DefaultHttpClients and be
assigned by felix. This will just be a class with a single ability of creating
these DefaultHttpClients but will allow us to mock behavior so that actual Unit
tests can be created. As it exists right now, even an integration test would be
difficult to write without creating extreme load on the machine with no
guarantee that it would effect all servers equally.
