I just reproduced this error (under Ubuntu 11.10) as follows:
1. Start the matterhorn service
2. Ingest video1
3. After successful processing end service
4. Recompile any module (mvn clean install...)
4. Start the service again
5. The previously successfully processed video is not being displayed anywhere
(admin/engage), but my local storage contains it!
6. Ingest video2
7. No job displayed but in the background video2 is being processed
8. After a while the successfully processed video2 appears in the media module
and is accessible but does not appear in the admin ui
EDIT:
9. End service again
10. Restarted service without compiling
11. Now video1 and video video2 are int the admin ui but only video1 is
accessible in the media module
