There's currently an issue in the DistributionService which does not update the
media package correctly after retraction. Therefore the link state cannot be
disabled.
We had some discussion about the play link on list. The problem with it is that
it is not really generalized, i.e. it currently only works for episodes
published to Matterhorn engage. Actually there need to be one link per
distribution channel. Since this generalization issue is not solved, we leave
the play link as it is for now.
