ucb specific note: even if we use our existing participation management system
to import data (including lecture titles) right before the semester starts, our
admin reports that more than half of those instructors that send in lecture
titles (15-20 courses) send them in after the semester starts. He is, however,
hoping to encourage more instructors to send in lecture titles; if all 60 do
so, and he's still got half not doing it in a timely fashion, it will be very
painful.
